AFTER SALES SERVICE
We are all about customer services, our teams are serving customers 24/7 across Pakistan. Our services starts from delivery of machine at your farm, training of your staff/users of machines, making sure machine works fine, free services and emergency service for any trouble shooting.
Our staff is well qualified, well trained, and courteous. We promise we will not sit peacefully until our customers problem is solved as we believe that a customer issue is our issue.
We have all the parts available with us so you don’t have to worry about finding parts for the machine.
WARRANTY
- Warranty Terms and Conditions are set with the main objective to offer an adequate after sales service to Dairy Berry Customers.
- Our machines are available with different duration of manufacturer warranty as provided by the manufactuers, for example all Melasty machines come with 2 years manufacturer warranty and all Celikel Machines come with 18 months warranty.
- Dairy Berry warranty cover is referred to parts which are faulty and the labour required to replace and/or to repair these.
